I asked every parent that drinks or allows 16 oz. size drinks to look at the label t(soda bottle) to see how many Ounces of sugar are in the drink.
Next measure out that amount of sugar, put it on small plate with a spoon, and eat it. Also ask any children you allow to have those size drinks do the same.
I bet you will not even try it with 20 oz. or bigger. View Comment
Obscenely ridiculous plan! Paving in a nature preserve - are you kidding?
And why for 20 cars? A few cars in the current "driveway" on Rte. 123, and few across the road is plenty.
Better to use the money to fix town road potholes. View Comment
Is this really important?
Unlesss the town is going to lose or get more NY State money, forget it.
The double lines will narrow the road. Unless our Highway Dept. can ensure us the roadsides will be clear of branches and things that will scratch our cars as we "move to the right", this is a non-starter.
So, if you cross the double line to give some walkers or joggers enough "safe space" will that earn your a traffice violation ticket? View Comment
Hoorah! Finally a logical, intelligent Albany decision.
What where they thinking in Greenburg and on the White Plains Council.
Thniking ahead to the next elections, how can we get Feiner and Lecouna to reveal thier budget planning ot maintain the "Park"? View Comment
