This is why The White Plains police have a rotating shift . Giving all the police force a chance to deal with bottle throwing , leg biting , high on God knows what , bar crowds at 3 in the morning . By the way , a A101 pill is an anti depressant with wierd side effects like sucidal thoughts and leg biting . With the large ammount of weekend bar patrons , Police should have a couple of portable crime watch towers set up as a precaution . Also , ending rotating shifts would make happier police force . Single ride bus fare increase from 2.25 to 2.50 doesn't sound too bad , but who are these single riders ? Like one way airline tickit buyers they should be studied carefully . Most folk on the bus ride to and from work , have a bus pass or metro card , and boarding doesn't take 5 minutes or more . I think buses should have a Passes Only policy . Furthermore , why can't they all have pollution free wind up engines , passenger pedal powerd # 5 and 6 ,and bicycle racks ! This is a Private Detox Center. The clientel would be rich people.Rich people don't mug ,rape, or make litter. That won't be a problem.
