The Pound Ridge Recreation Department includes seasonal as well as ongoing programs throughout the year. Town Park features ball fields, tennis courts, a playground, swimming and bathing pools, as well as benches and grills for picnicking. The department offers a summer day camp for children. A variety of other programs, including exercise classes, tennis, basketball, and other sports are open to all ages. A bridge group is offered for adults, preschoolers can enjoy toddler art classes, and elementary school age children can participate in Little League baseball. In addition to village recreation programs, the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Westchester County's largest park at more than 4,700 acres, offers trails for walking or horseback riding, cross country skiing slopes, campsites and picnic areas, and the Trailside Nature Museum exhibits specimen animals and minerals and local Indian artifacts.
