POUND RIDGE, N.Y. – Fifth graders at Pound Ridge Elementary School are raising money for events and field trips by selling commemorative engraved bricks.

Family members can purchase bricks engraved with the family name or child’s name, which will then be displayed on the grounds of the school. The cost of a small four-by-eight-inch brick with two lines of engraving is $50. A large eight-by-eight-inch brick with three lines of engraving is $100.

Forms are available at the school. Checks should be made out to PRES/PTA with “Fifth Grade Fund” in the memo line. Send the check and order form through your child’s backpack labeled “Brick Sale” with your family name on the envelope.
