A 91-year-old Long Island missing who went missing has been found.

Maria Theresa Caceres had last been seen at her home on Carlls Path in Deer Park at approximately 6:20 a.m. Friday, Nov. 29, prompting Suffolk County Police to issue a Silver Alert.

Police announced Caceres had been located Friday afternoon.

"She was reunited with her family and is being transported to a local hospital for evaluation," police said.

A 91-year-old Long Island woman has gone missing and authorities are asking the public's help in locating her.

Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for the missing Deer Park woman who suffers from dementia.

Maria Theresa Caceres was last seen at her home on Carlls Path in Deer Park at approximately 6:20 a.m. Friday, Nov. 29, police said.

Caceres is 4-foot-8 and 110 pounds. She has white hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a gray sweater, dark pants and a white hat.

Silver Alert is a program implemented in Suffolk County that allows local law enforcement to share information with media outlets about individuals with special needs who have been reported missing.

Detectives request anyone with information contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
