Obama Will Fly Into Westchester Airport For Big-Ticket Fundraiser

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- After President Barack Obama delivers the commencement address Wednesday at the Coast Guard Academy in New London, he will head to Stamford for a big-ticket fundraiser, according to the Stamford Advocate.

The fundraiser will benefit the Democratic National Committee and carries a price tag of up to $33,000 per person, the Advocate reported.

Obama is expected to fly in and out of Westchester County Airport in New York. 

The president was last in Connecticut on the Sunday before last November’s gubernatorial election to campaign in Bridgeport on behalf Gov. Dannel Malloy, who went on to win re-election.
