I am writing in full support of Debbie Damascus to continue as Receiver of Taxes for Pound Ridge. I am sure many know Debbie through her 18 years at the Town House. What you may not know is how active Debbie has been outside of her day job. Debbie has an extensive and impressive track record of giving back to our community though volunteer work at PRES, FLMS/HS, St. Patrick's, PR Library Board Member, etc. Debbie has also helped so many in our beloved town, lending a helping hand to those in need.
I am really impressed how Debbie is always willing to help. She is exceptionally responsive and forward thinking in her current role as our Receiver of Taxes. She is very knowledgeable about the current housing sales market conditions - suggesting my tax assessment be reevaluated. So very much appreciated!
Debbie has my full support to continue as our Receiver of Taxes. She is excellent at her job and has a stellar community service record. I hope my Pound Ridge neighbors will remember all that Debbie has done for us when they vote in November.
