Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee who owns an estate in Bedford, ripped the former first lady and presumptive Democratic nominee who has lived in Chappaqua since 1999, at a speech at Trump SoHo for her support of trade deals, her record as Secretary of State, and for being a "world class liar."

"Just look at her pathetic email and server statements," said Trump, who read from a teleprompter for the speech. "Or her phony landing in Bosnia where she said she was under attack but the attack turned out to be young girls handing her flowers, a total self-serving lie."

Trump vowed to put America and the American worker first if he is elected president.

"This election will decide whether we are ruled by the people, or by the politicians," Trump said. "Here is my promise to the American voter: If I am elected President, I will end the special interest monopoly in Washington, D.C."

The businessman accused Clinton of running the State Department like her own personal hedge fund and that she is beholden to the people who paid her $21.6 million to give speeches.

"The choice in this election is a choice between taking our government back from the special interests, or surrendering our last scrap of independence to their total and complete control," Trump said.

Trump criticized Clinton for her support of NAFTA and for supporting China's entrance into the World Trade Organization.

"We’ve lost nearly one-third of our manufacturing jobs since these two Hillary-backed agreements were signed," Trump said. "Our trade deficit with China soared 40 percent during Hillary Clinton’s time as Secretary of State -- a disgraceful performance for which she should not be congratulated, but rather scorned."

Trump owns Trump National Golf in Briarcliff, Trump National Golf Club Hudson Valley in Stormville and Seven Springs in Bedford. The Trump name also adorns Trump Tower At City Center in White Plains, Trump Plaza in New Rochelle, Trump Park Residences in Yorktown and the Donald J. Trump State Park on the Westchester/Putnam border.
