Police Make Arrest In Identity Theft Case At Kohl's In Bedford Hills

BEDFORD, N.Y. -- Bedford police arrested a New York City man Sunday after he allegedly used another person's name to buy electronic equipment at Kohl's in Bedford Hills

Floyd Harris, 58, of New York City, was charged with three counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. The alleged incident occurred at about 9 p.m. Sunday.

Police said they recovered additional items from the car Harris was in, and the investigation is continuing.
