Man Stole $3K In Merchandise From Hudson Valley Home Depot, Police Say

A 52-year-old man is behind bars after state police say he stole more than $3,000 worth of merchandise at a Home Depot in the area.

Troopers responded to the Home Depot in the Wappingers Falls for a larceny reported by Loss Prevention on Wednesday, Feb. 21 at approximately 2:10 p.m.

A subsequent investigation determined Anthony Gray of the Bronx stole the thousands of dollars of merchandise. 

He was charged with grand larceny in the third degree, a Class D felony and arraigned before the Town of East Fishkill Court, and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.

 A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 27.
