Man Charged In Yorktown With Driving With Suspended License

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Mount Kisco resident was arrested In Yorktown and charged with driving with a suspended license, having fewer than two brake lights and possession of marijuana, police said.

Joshua T. Holmes, 27, was stopped on Saturday, April 16, for operating a vehicle with allegedly fewer than two brake lamps after being observed by a patrolling officer on Route 6 by the intersection with Barger Street, police said.

A subsequent investigation revealed that Holmes was driving with a suspended license and unlawfully possessed marijuana, police said. 

Holmes was issued an appearance ticket and released on $100 cash bail. He is due to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Tuesday, May 17.
