POUND RIDGE, N.Y. -- A 30-year-old former employee of Samuel Parker's Landmark Deli in Pound Ridge has been charged with burglarizing the deli twice.

Thomas Arciuolo, of White Plains, was arrested and charged with two counts of felony third-degree burglary "as a result of two separate incidents earlier this month" when Arciuolo is accused of stealing currency at the Pound Ridge deli, according to New York State Police in Somers.

"The burglaries occurred during the night time when the business was closed," according to state police. "The investigation was conducted in conjunction with the Pound Ridge Police Department."

Arciuolo was arraigned this week before Judge Edward Hand in Pound Ridge Town Court and was released. He is scheduled to appear in Town Court at 9 a.m. on Aug. 5, according to State Police.
