RIDGEWOOD, N.J. – The Ridgewood YMCA has a winner with its new pickleball classes.

Pickleball, which the YMCA says is the fastest growing sport in America, is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn but can develop quick into a quick, fast-paced competitive game for experienced players, according to the YMCA.

Classes are held Wednesday and Friday from 2 to 4 p.m.
