POUND RIDGE, N.Y. -- As a contributor to the Pound Ridge Daily Voice, I am honored to publish articles on local residents and businesses that make our town as special as it is. This includes expressing opinions which so far has earned me an equal number of critics and fans alike.
In the next few weeks, I will be sharing several such opinions regarding who I believe has the most experience in leading our town and therefore who I think should be elected on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
My opinions on who should hold public office are not based on personal knowledge of any individuals but rather on information reviewed on the merits of their experience and how I believe it would improve the quality of life in Pound Ridge.
There are some issues both Democratic and Republican candidates stand for that I respect and some issues I may be locking horns over. In the next few weeks I will continue to offer equal time to both sides as I prepare to submit my political opinions.
My first opinion article for the election will involve the candidates for Town Justice, then the candidates for Town Board and finally, the candidates for Supervisor. Both sides know who I am and where I can be reached.
Thank you and be well my friends.
