To the editor: I am writing this letter in support of David Dow for Pound Ridge Town Board. I have known David for several years as a neighbor and friend. I have consistently been impressed by Dave’s ability to accomplish a lot, from the demands of his job, to his commitment to his friends and family, yet always participating in the activities that help define Pound Ridge, and make it a better place. Dave has been a boon to Pound Ridge as president of the Pound Ridge Library Board of trustees, showing he knows how to manage his time, and also to work with a diverse group to make progress and get things done. I have spent many hours talking with Dave about all things Pound Ridge, and what stands out is his level of knowledge of the issues, and also a passion for improvement.
As Dave says, he will “preserve what is good in our town, protect our property values, and promote change where needed.” I can say without reservation, and as a registered democrat, that David Dow for Pound Ridge Town Board is a great idea, and he deserves our support. Sincerely, Josh Rosenfeld
