MAY 25

Police were dispatched to an activated burglar alarm at a Horseshoe Hill Road business. Prior to their arrival, the alarm was cancelled. Police spoke to an employee who told them that the alarm went off and he reset it.

Police issued a traffic summons to a motorist on Westchester Avenue for failure to wear a seat belt.

MAY 28

Police responded to a trespass report of damaged greens at the golf course on High Ridge Road. The incident is currently under investigation.

MAY 29

Police responded to a private property criminal mischief complaint on Old Stone Hill Road where two mailboxes were found laying the road.

MAY 30

Police responded to a two-car accident on Westchester Avenue. While there was motor vehicle damage, no personal injuries were reported.

MAY 31

Police were dispatched to an automated fire alarm on Upper Shad Road. There was no fire; a possible malfunction of the alarm system is suspected.

Police responded to a criminal mischief complaint on Salem Road. A resident called to report that someone had struck and damaged their mailbox.
