• On Friday, June 10, Pound Ridge police received a call regarding an unlicensed vendor serving ice cream at the town park. The vendor reportedly told the officer he was given permission by a town employee to sell ice cream at this location, but the employee did not realize he was not a licensed vendor with the town. The vendor left the area a licensed vendor.• Police were dispatched to a fire at a residence on Fox Run Road Friday. The residents were not home, but a subject was on the property, who had been hired to remove mold from the outside of the home. Bleach had been accidently sprayed on the outdoor electrical box, causing the wires to burn and melt. The Pound Ridge Fire Department removed the electrical box.• An officer issued a speeding ticket Friday to a motorist on Westchester Avenue for going 50 mph in a 30 mph zone.• Police were dispatched Saturday to a call for an injured fawn on Trinity Pass Road, which was resting on a lawn. Police approached the fawn, which got up and was guided back to the wood line where its mother awaited.• An officer issued a speeding ticket to a motorist on Westchester Avenue Saturday for going 57 mph in a 30 mph zone.• Police were dispatched to a roll-over accident on Westchester Avenue on Monday. The driver had left the scene and was located. An ambulance was sent to check on his status, but the driver refused medical assistance. Driver turned himself in and was issued a ticket for leaving the scene of an accident.• Police received a report of a rabid animal on Honey Hollow Road and discovered a rabid raccoon Monday. The animal was dispatched with two rounds.• Police observed a vehicle traveling southbound on Westchester Avenue with a defective headlight and stopped the vehicle. A DMV check of the vehicle showed an expired registration and that the operator’s driver’s license had been suspended. The vehicle was towed. Police issued four tickets to Emily Keylin, 29, of Stamford, Conn., for aggravated unlicensed operation, defective headlight, defective brake light, and expired registration. Keylin paid a $60 bail.
