The extension is the second that the board approved for Oceanus, according to board records. The board granted preliminary subdivision approval for the site in May 2014.

Oceanus is seeking to split into 15 lots a site that currently comprises two lots. The split involves a cluster subdivision on 105.68 acres near the Connecticut border.

The property is near Rolling Meadow Lane and High Ridge Road.

A portion of the site will be set side for conservation space and storm-water retention, Daily Voice previously reported. With those uses taken into account, 12 of the lots would be designated for houses.
