POUND RIDGE, N.Y. -- The Pound Ridge Garden Club asks residents to participate in its tag sale on Saturday, Oct. 18, and Sunday, Oct. 19, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Conant Hall at 257 Westchester Ave.

Recycled Treasures TWO reprises the club’s inaugural tag sale in 2011, and it will feature an array of decorative items for the home and garden, including flower and plant containers, garden accessories, jewelry, fine linens, china and ceramics, baskets, holiday ornaments, good-as-new toys and high-quality housewares.

Proceeds from the sale will be used for the club’s ongoing civic projects, including landscaping of the Moat Family Triangle on Route 172 near the elementary school. This is a multiyear undertaking in celebration of the garden club’s upcoming 75th anniversary.

The Pound Ridge Garden Club is a community service and educational organization founded in 1941 and affiliated with National Garden Clubs Inc., Federated Garden Clubs of New York State Inc., 9th District. Membership is open to anyone interested in horticulture, floral design, environmental planting and resource conservation.
