Long-time club member Jan Buckbee ordered and picked up evergreens, and the Civic Improvement Co-Chairs Joan Goldberg and Susan Lee order the bows and coordinate the activity.

Led by Buckbee, Our Properties Committee organized the setting of tables and chairs to hold the greens.

All members and associate members aided in making the swags and donating additional specialty greens.

The club started the tradition of creating the evergreen swags in 1975.
