POUND RIDGE, N.Y. An ongoing investigation by Pound Ridge police has resulted in the arrest of four individuals on felony drug charges.
According to Pound Ridge Police Chief David Ryan, police were called to a home in August to assist with an ambulance call. During an ensuing investigation, police discovered cocaine and drug paraphernalia. A subsequent laboratory analysis of the drugs determined it to be just under a half ounce of cocaine. Arrests were made in the case this week.
Charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug were Richard H. Lasdon, 64, of Pound Ridge, Marina Thomas, 42, Charles Plummer, 51, and Allison Wermager, 33, all of New York City.
The four surrendered to Pound Ridge Police Department through arrangements with their attorneys. Each suspect was processed and arraigned before Pound Ridge Justice Edward Hand and bail was set at $10,000 each.
The defendants are scheduled to return to Pound Ridge Justice Court Monday at 9 a.m.
