POUND RIDGE, N.Y. Pound Ridge Police arrested a Hartsdale man and charged him with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop.
While on patrol on Long Ridge Road Friday, officers said they saw a black Honda with an expired New York State inspection sticker and pulled it over. A subsequent DMV check revealed that the driver, Robin Kuriakose, 24, had a suspended license, police said.
Kuriakose was charged with second degree unlawful operation of a motor vehicle. He was issued two summonses, including one for the expired inspection, and released on $250 bail. He is due back in court on Jan. 30.

Police issued a traffic summons to a motorist on Salem Road for failure to obey a traffic control device. Police received a call from a Bedford Street resident who reported a possible identity theft. The incident is still under investigation.
Police issued a ticket to a motorist on Westchester Avenue for failure to obey a traffic control device.
Police were called to Pheasant Road on the report of a suspicious vehicle that was blocking the roadway. Officers located the subjects, who were working on an adjacent property. They were advised to remove the vehicle from the roadway and a park it in the driveway.
Police said when they stopped a motorist on Westchester Avenue for speeding they found he had an arrest warrant out of New York City. The subject could not be extradited and was advised to contact New York City authorities to rectify the situation.
Police were called to Route 137 for a two-car accident. There were no injuries and no towing was required.
Police responded to a harassment call on High Ridge Road. It was reported that a motorist was being followed. Officers patrolled the area but did not find the subject. Police said the vehicles had crossed into Connecticut and Connecticut police were advised.
Police issued a speeding ticket to a motorist on Westchester Avenue for travelling 52 mph in a 30 mph zone.
Police received a complaint from an Autumn Ridge Road resident that two aggressive German shepherds had run off their property before the owner was able to call them back. The dog control officer was told to follow up.
Police issued a ticket to a motorist on Salem Road for an uninspected motor vehicle.
Police issued a ticket to a motorist on Westchester Avenue for an expired inspection.
Police received a report of a cat hit by a car on Salem Road. The state Department of Transportation was contacted.
