POUND RIDGE, N.Y. -- Democratic incumbent Ali Boak and Republican challenger David Dow are leading in the races for a pair of council seats to the Pound Ridge Town Board, according to updated unofficial results released on Wednesday by the Westchester County Board of Elections.

The updated results show that Boak has 746 votes and Dow has 739. Fellow Republican challenger Jody Sullivan, who initially lead in the race, now trails in third with 730 votes. Fellow Democratic incumbent Sherene De Palma remains in fourth, now with 687 votes.

Both the updated and earlier results show all four of Pound Ridge's election districts reporting. The previous results showed Dow with 751 votes while Sullivan had 730. Boak trailed Sullivan by just four votes, receiving 726. De Palma was in fourth with 696 votes.

The updated results show that Republican incumbent Supervisor Dick Lyman continues to have a sizable lead over Democratic challenger (and sitting Councilman) Dan Paschkes, making his re-election likely. The numbers show Lyman with 802 votes to 673 for Paschkes. The results are practically unchanged from earlier; Lyman had the same vote total while Paschkes had one less vote, with a total of 672.

The updated unofficial results show Democratic incumbent Town Justice Regina Kelly leading Republican challenger Hilary Kao by 741 votes to 720. The earlier results showed the same number of votes for Kelly, while Kao had 710.

The updated totals also show that Joanne Pace, the Republican incumbent Town Clerk, has won re-election after running unopposed. The newer unofficial results, like the previous data, show that Pace received 1,029 votes.

Although votes in all four of Pound Ridge's election districts have been counted, the tight margin among Town Board candidates makes the outcome unclear for now. The winners will be known once official results are determined, which could happen later this month.
