NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – The former communications director for the Democratic National Committee stopped by Iona Preparatory Upper School earlier this month to discuss the 2016 campaign with the school’s Political Science Club.
Adam Hodge, a 2000 graduate of the preparatory high school, spoke to the students on March 8, according to a statement from the school.
Among the many topics he covered with the students were his experiences in Washington, how and when former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton of Chappaqua lost the election and the role of Democrats as the “party of opposition,” according to the statement.
The students asked Hodge about how Democrats can respond to President Donald Trump’s immigration and national security policies and how the political party can take back House and Senate seats in the next election.
Hodge currently works as vice president of SKD Knickerbocker in Washington D.C.
