Tuesday, Jan. 8

Eager Eaters Book Group: 6-7 p.m. The Pound Ridge Library’s Eager Eaters Book Group for third-graders will discuss “I’ll Meet You at the Cucumbers” by Lillian Moore. Refreshments will be served. Registration is required. Call the library at 914-764-5085. 271 Westchester Ave., Pound Ridge.

Library Teen Focus Group: 7 p.m. The Pound Ridge Library is looking for people who are frequent and infrequent users of the library and are willing to spend 1 1/2 hours thinking about ways it could improve its services, collections and facility. This event is a teen focus group. The focus groups will be facilitated by Library Development Solutions of Princeton, N.J. Fox Lane Middle School Concert: 7 p.m. The sixth grade will hold its Band, Orchestra and Chorus concert at Fox Lane High School’s Mary Lou Meese Theater.

Landmarks and Historic District Committee: 7:30 p.m. The Pound Ridge Landmarks and Historic District Committee will hold a meeting at the Town House. 179 Westchester Ave., Pound Ridge.

Recreation Commission: 8 p.m. The Pound Ridge Recreation Commission will meet at the Town House. 179 Westchester Ave., Pound Ridge.

Wednesday, Jan. 9

Library Focus Groups: 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. The Pound Ridge Library is looking for people who are frequent and infrequent users of the library and are willing to spend 1 1/2 hours thinking about ways it could improve its services, collections and facility. The 8 a.m. meeting is a leaders focus group. The 10 a.m. meeting is a focus group for parents and caregivers of young children. Historical Society: 7:30 p.m. The Pound Ridge Historical Society will meet at the Town House. 179 Westchester Ave., Pound Ridge.

Board of Education: 8 p.m. The Bedford Board of Education will meet at Fox Lane Middle School’s Little Theater. South Bedford Road, Bedford.

Thursday, Jan. 10

Fox Lane High School Concert: 7 p.m. The school orchestra will perform at Fox Lane High School’s Mary Lou Meese Theater. South Bedford Road

Town Board: 8 p.m. The Pound Ridge Town Board will meet at the Town House. 179 Westchester Ave., Pound Ridge.
