Travel "Into the Woods" at Westport Playhouse

Westport Playhouse presents "Into the Woods" with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine. Sondheim, who created the music and lyrics for "A Little Night Music" and "Sweeney Todd," brought "Into the Woods" to Broadway in 1987. It won several Tony Awards, including Best Book, Best Score and Joanna Gleason received the Best Actress Tony. \ For "Into the Woods," Sondheim revisits classic fairy tales, adding his own subsequent chapter to the stories that end with "happily after after."
