The carnival will open at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 6 and will also feature a parade at 7 p.m., with 21 fire departments from Westchester and Fairfield counties.
The carnival will be open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 6 through Friday, Aug. 8. The carnival will be open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 9.
The parade will take place along Route 35 from the west intersection of Spring Street to the firehouse. Companies will also march up Spring Street in the center of the hamlet to Route 35. Patrons may leave their cars at the town park and take a shuttle service to the firehouse from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The carnival will feature bracelets and tickets for rides, as well as games, raffles, T-shirts and more.
A food booth will be open for dinner every night, including parade night, at 6 p.m. Hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, chicken nuggets, sausage and peppers and corn-on-the-cob and funnel cake are among some of the options that patrons can choose from.
Raffle tickets may be purchased at a booth on the carnival grounds. Three prizes will be drawn at closing time on Saturday, Aug. 9. The first prize will be $1,500; second prize, $1,000 and third prize, $500.
