Pound Ridge Recreation Hosts 5K, Race For Children

POUND RIDGE, N.Y. -- Pound Ridge Recreation will be sponsoring a 5K for adults and a race for children on Saturday, July 5, at the Pound Ridge Elementary School.

The registration will open at 7:30 a.m. with the 5K race starting at 9 a.m.  The kids races will begin after the 5K finishes. The race will begin at Pound Ridge Elementary School and end at the Pound Ridge Town Park. 

There will be music and refreshments at the finish.

Parking is available at the Town Park and Pound Ridge Elementary School, and shuttle buses are available to take patrons from the park to the elementary school, if needed.
