POUND RIDGE, N.Y. – A husband-and-wife team from Connecticut have their artwork displayed at an ongoing exhibit at the Pound Ridge Library through April 23.
Ann Dahlgren and Douglas Foulke are based in Brookfield, Conn., and ply their trade in New York City.
Between the two, a full range of styles and mediums will be displayed. Plans are for the exhibit to include large-scale metal prints, hand-coated platinum emulsion photographs and framed archival digital prints.
Dahlgren likes to celebrate nature through her work, while Foulke prefers a more ethereal feel to his work. The couple created the black-and-white "A Fairy's Tale," which was published in 2002 with emulsion photographs of the fairies they created.
The library is at 271 Westchester Ave., Pound Ridge.
