PAPD patrol officers stopped a gray 2002 Honda Accord driven by 42-year-old Luisa Ochoa just after 2 a.m. for swerving and failing to maintain a lane on the westbound upper level, the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this afternoon.

Ochoa “exhibited signs of being intoxicated and admitted to having consumed a beer,” Pentangelo said.

After failing a field sobriety test, Ochoa blew a .12% on a breath test. SHe was charged with DWI, careless driving and failing to maintain a lane.

A short time later, officers stopped a black 2014 Honda CRV driven by Luis Urbaez, 43, of Manhattan for failing to signal lane changes — also on the westbound upper level, Pentangelo said.

Urbaez was charged with the same offenses as Ochoa after registering more than .17%, he said.
