Classes are 9, 10 and 11 a.m. and at noon.

“I lost my mother to leukemia seven years ago, tragically in a six-week period of time from FitCycle, formerly know as Spin Cylce “For years it was difficult to even discuss leukemia. That has changed for me. I have watched a young friend beat this illness with courage, grace and success over the past 2½ years, and it has allowed me to join the battle of blood cancers. He has given me the courage to help fight this battle in any way I can help.”
