Have you seen this man? Paramus, Hasbrouck Heights bank robber still on the run

It’s been nearly two months since the man in the green New York Yankees cop pulled a small black revolver on a Paramus bank teller and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, his second Bergen County holdup in less than four months. Based on his track record, he could soon strike again.

Police say the 5-foot-five bandit, apparently in his late 30’s, is no doubt responsible for the July 3 holdup of a Capitol One bank on Route 17 south in Hasbrouck Heights, as well as a similar robbery of another Capital One branch on Dec. 21 of last year. He may also be responsible for an Aug. 6 jack of a TD Bank on Route 9 in Howell Township, the FBI said.

Based on his pattern, he could be striking again soon. So keep an eye out when you’re in a bank. If you see him, don’t try to do anything: Just call the police.

In the more resent case, the robber entered the Paramus bank (above photos), gave the teller a note and showed a black automatic pistol, then took off with the cash.

A reward for information to his arrest and conviction could lead to a cash reward.
