WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – A booming health-care industry is helping to boost Westchester County’s office market by revamping business parks into space for medical-services tenants, reports The Wall Street Journal.

Empty spaces left behind by large businesses have been turned into clinics, labs and research centers. Approximately 4.9 million square feet of general office space in Westchester County have been used for other uses, with medical renovations taking up a big part of that number according to the report.
